Rob’s career history to date has been within the Investment Banking Technology sector. He has held various senior positions working either for centralised IT organizations or directly for key business lines. He has held fellowship titles at his last two employers, Credit Suisse and Goldman Sachs. During his career he has acquired deep technical knowledge and expertise on areas ranging from performance development methods in software or hardware, more recently his focus has turned to big data technologies and their application within the Investment Banking arena, specifically artificial intelligence and scientific computing
Rob is currently a technical Managing Director at Barclays International where he holds the position of Global Head of the Data Technologies and Applied Machine Learning Team.
