How Fashion Retailers are Using AI Styling for Personalisation

There’s a huge shift happening in the fashion industry. Store closures and increasing acquisition costs online mean retailers have to go the extra mile to differentiate and stay competitive. Enter the era of experiences. Where customers don’t just buy a dress, they’re looking to get styled. Where sustainability is talking point in parliament and body positivity is a key campaign promise. How do you create a personalised experience for customers with different body types, skin tones and personal style? How do you scale that to thousands of customers? Can AI help us solve these challenges?

In this talk I will share case studies of how companies like D&G, Lane Crawford and MaxMara are using AI to offer a unique personalised styling service to their customers and drive 130% more revenue than a typical personalisation approach would.
