Nick Stapp leads the Enterprise Data Science team at The Hershey Company, a global consumer packaged goods company. His team of data scientists focus on delivering innovative artificial intelligence and machine learning to the enterprise. He also works to develop machine intelligence for the consumer packaged goods industry. Nick has collaborated with senior leaders and others across the company to transform Hershey’s analytical efforts. He has benchmarked with data science leaders in other industries to enhance the field. Nick also has developed strong ties between The Hershey Company and leading academic institutions.
Prior to this position, Nick led a multi-disciplinary research lab at the University of Pennsylvania. His academic research focused on geospatial sciences. Nick has authored and co-authored several publications and has presented internationally.
