Fiona McEvoy

Fiona J McEvoy is an AI ethics writer, researcher, speaker, and thought leader based in San Francisco, CA. She was recently honored in the inaugural Brilliant Women in AI Ethics™ Hall of Fame, established at the end of 2020 to recognize “brilliant women who have made exceptional contributions to the space of AI Ethics and diversity.”

Fiona is the founder of, a platform for the discussion of the societal impact of tech and AI, and has had numerous articles published in media outlets including Slate, VentureBeat, The Next Web, Offscreen, and All Turtles.
